The Grand Maur Villa is located on the « Route de Barisart » (Barisart Road) not far from the historic Spa centre. It’s an example of the typical Spa architectural style and dates back to 1850.
The villa is an ideal place to relax for a holiday or a weekend getaway in a calm atmosphere with family and friends. There are gardens and play areas for children both indoors and out. Animals are welcome (at a supplementary cost of 10Euros per stay).
It is suitable both for private and professional use as it was renovated and redecorated with care and good taste in 2011 for either purpose.
It can hold up to 14 people comfortably.

In the garden (2000 m2) there is everything you need to enjoy being outdoors, with a play area for children (including a swing set, trampoline and slide), a terrace (with garden furniture and parasols) and a barbecue.
Inside the house, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, side by side fridge, freezer, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher and all of the cooking utensils you might need), the comfortably furnished living room (TV, DVD, stereo system) , the dining room for 14 and the billiard room.
On the first floor there are 2 double rooms at the front of the house with a view of the terrace and garden; there’s a double room which looks onto the back of the house and a large bathroom with bath and shower, double sinks and WC.
On the second floor, there are three rooms with showers overlooking the garden, a double room in the tower (with sink) and a bathroom containing a bath and Jacuzzi, with a sink and WC.
In the basement there is a playroom with Ping-Pong and foosball tables, sauna, lounging area, shower, washing machine and dryer and wine cellar.
On request, we provide one or two infant beds with duvet and duvet cover, infant bath, changing table and high chairs.
